We want you to be obsessed with your Framar tools, but if something isn't right, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygienic reasons, certain professional accessories cannot be returned once opened.

Initiate Your Request

Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items in their original Framar boxes and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
